I just LOVE the Rachelle Anne Miller stamps from PaperWorks, so when I noticed that they had a new release with sme challenges to play, I just had to join in. I made this card for the Aquamarine and Ivory challenge by Bella. I coloured th image with Copics. This card also qualifies for the Christmas in July Challenge over at Jellypark friends challenges.

Ballerina Tilda

It's been a busy summer this year. We have had something planned for every weekend and it seems like I haven't made a post in forever! We'll I finally have a chance to show what I've been up to. I made a Birthday card for my daughter the ballerina. I used Ballerina Tilda from Magnolia and colored it in with Copic markers. I also added some glitter. Thanks for looking!

Caribbean Treasure

Did you see the new Sweet Pea stamps coming out!? They are so beautiful! Just when I think I have all the ones I want, Jenny brings in new ones! My drawer is getting so full I can hardly close it anymore.
I made this card using Caribbean Treasure, it's such a great stamp. I used two different shades of purple ribbon and added rhinestones as well.

Here's my creation using the cute RAM that you can only get from PWCO called Surprize Cheer. I paper pieced parts of the cake and balloons.

Warm weather is here and I've been enjoying it. I refuse to stay indoors all day long and miss out, that's what winter is for. I went to a pig roast on the weekend and boy was it good.
I've decided to make a post since it's been a month since my last, hehe. I used the beautiful Dragonfly Fantasy. Don't forget to go to PaperJewels to get your own!

I have been super busy lately! And on top of everything we have a new puppy to look after! Getting to my scrapbook has been slow and I'm discovering that it's more of a winter hobby for me.

Using the Ching-Chou collection of stamps is my absolute favorite to use on my cards. They are so beautiful and can be found at Paper Jewels!!! along with other great stamps. The one on top was made using It's My Birthday and on the bottom, we have Ocean Fantasy.

A little Beauty

Hello all! Tomorrow's Valentines Day! Even so, I decided to make a LO of one of my lovely daughter's playing outside. I used the beautiful flower stamps, small and large from Paperjewels. I stamped them pink and green and made a 3D layer effect with foam dots, then added a button. Thanks for looking :)

I am now on a design team of a brand new company, paper jewels! I just love their adorable stamps and I'm super excited to be able to show you some examples!!! In this LO I paper pieced the stamped image, autumn tree. I used a ribbon punch and inter twined it with black ribbon. I added flowers, buttons and brads for extra embellishments. I hope everyone had an awesome Christmas this year!!! I know I did. I made a gingerbread LO but for some reason my computer is having trouble loading it up so I'll have to post it some other time.

In the mean time, I went ahead and made a Valentine's LO of my husband and I when we had just gotten engaged. I used Ildi's image Clownkins kiss. I added rhinestones and ribbon to embellish along with embossed white letters for the title and a stitch stamp to go around the image. I then colored with copics.

I made a Christmas LO with the Cuddles Kuma decorates digi image. I used liquid glass on the ornament and stickles for the white parts of the hat. I colored the bear with copics and used gold ribbon and buttons to embellish the page.

Yay! Another Ildi day! I love polka-dots so I decorated the page using Clownkins Leaping. The corner stamp I used, is called Adorning Corners from CTMH and sticking those beads on it was kind of tricky. They aren't self adhesive, so I had to use glue dots. However, the glue dots were too big, so I had to cut them into 1/4's and I had to be careful that they did not stick to my scissors, lol. I'm not sure which picture I'm going to use this LO for but maybe I'll find one to fit after I get more pictures printed.

Trains aren't just for boys

I just wanted to try something different by making a page for girls, out of something usually used for boys. Hmmm, this would probably make an interesting challenge. It would be interesting to see what other people come up with and I had a ton of fun. Lots of embossing as usual because I love my heat gun and I have so many powders. I also love to pop things out, so I popped out the train and the sign at the bottom. I don't have any pictures for this LO at the moment but, I have some in mind. All I have to do is get them printed :)

Ildi challenge

I had a ton of fun making this one. It's been awhile since I've worked with pink and that's my favorite color to work with! Even though I made a winter LO I thought, why not use pink? My girls were anxious to build a snowman before much snow had fallen. They did a great job on their mini snowman, lol!

Snopals Star

With Christmas just around the corner I've been making Christmas cards. Here's one of them using Snopals Star, I just love that image! I've embossed the corner stamp with an Olive powder from CTMH, added some flowers with brads in the center. Then I colored the image and added some white stickles to parts of it. I've been so in the mood to scrapbook lately and it's a good season to be getting stuff done!

I created a double paged layout with a couple of Ildi's robots. They pop out but I don't think it shows up. I used my new copic markers, yay. I love em'. I did some embossing on the title and added brads on the one side. The layouts aren't actually crooked, I goofed when I took the picture, lol.

Here's another LO using Ildi's Snopal shovel. I colored with Stampin' Up felts but I just ordered a bunch of my very own Copic markers! I'm so excited to start coloring with them and I can't wait for them to arrive!! Next I'll have to add some photo's.

Trick or Treat

Another Halloween page using Ildi's Halloweenies Mummy. I love this image, it's so cute! It does show very well in the picture, but I cut the image out and made it pop out. I can't wait to get some pictures from Halloween printed out so I can add them to this page. I was thinking since I have three children and there are three spots for photos, I would just put a picture of each kid in their costumes on this LO.

Here's a card I made for my daughter. I made it quite early but I wanted to make something girly after all the boy stuff I've been making. Cuddles party time seemed to work best on this card and I added a present from a CTMH stamp set. I made the images pop out and added some glittler.

Here's the card I made for another one of my nephews. I used Ildi's Dino Tiger image and colored it with Stampin' Up felts. I really want to buy some Copic markers though! I own three colors but they are all shades of pink so unless I'm doing something to match I can't use them.

When I asked my 6 year old if he liked the card I made, he said, "no mom, it's ripped." I tried to explain that the paper is ripped on purpose but he couldn't figure out why someone would do that, lol.

Here is a card I made using Ildi's Dino Star image. It's a birthday card for one of my nephew's and my daughter was very happy to have the job of picking out which image I would use. I added a googly eye and embossed the number 4 and the dots using clover meadow CTMH powder. On the inside I used a star stamp, cut it out and added it.

So, I scrapbooked some older pictures....We had recently bought our house(the one my husband and I were standing in front of) and I was newly pregnant with my third baby (which ended up being a little girl). My oldest two are looking happy up in the top picture and looking so little. They are now 6 and 4...still little but missing those really little days! I used two Ildi stamps, Cuddles Fleur and Cuddles & butterfly. I also used my newly purchased flower punch and stuck a rhinestone in the centre of each one. It was a quick and easy layout to make but not one of my favorites.

Here's the halloween LO I made using Cuddles Kuma Halloween. After coloring I added stickles to the cape and hat. I embossed the title using CTMH Clover Meadow powder and their Boutique Alphabet stamp set. I also used a black ink to smudge around the photo mats.

In the corn maze

I got a little behind posting Ildi's images so I'm posting two today! I took my kids along with some other members of our family to the corn maze yesterday. I haven't had a chance to get pictures printed yet but hopefully I'll be added them soon. So I decided to create a double page LO to go with the pictures I took. I used the Halloweenies Scarecrow image and also stamped and embossed a few different arrows from the CTMH Star Struck stamp set. On each side of every photo mat, I used one of my stitched stamps. A red brad is on each of the corners.

Clownkins

Another layout of my beautiful daughters, loving each other.... I used "Clownkins Sitting" digi image. To colour it, I used some copic markers for my very first time!! So cool. I also used stickles for the little pom poms on the clown and.....I love buttons....can you tell?

These of some pictures of my youngest daughter at 4 months. I miss those days...she's now 3 months away from turning 2!

All of the paper I used in this LO is from my scrap pile! I can't throw anything away, unless it's smaller than a 3x4 piece. I've been trying not to keep too many scraps but eventually it pays off.

The large flowers and the buttons are from CTMH as well is the border stamp that I used.

Beach swap

I finally have Internet connection again! Not being able to get online was such a pain! We've been having problems with computer where it stops working without warning......so frustrating.

This is what I've been up to, I made a beach LO for those summer pictures! I cut out a beach chair, sunglasses and the sun with the pazzle. I added a circle made out of sparkly card stock to add to the sun and added a brad for the center of the umbrella. I made my own little sandcastle to stick into the sand and used my stitch stamp to go around each photo matt. I finished off with a little ribbon for the journal box.

I used "Clownkins Star" for my layout. I added my own yellow star to put in his hand, which I then decorated with rhinestones and a button for the centre. A taste of summer

So, I joined a swap with the theme, BBQ. That's perfect for my family because my husband loves cooking on it. He'll even use it in the winter and has been known to fire it up at midnight too.

This is what I came up with. I cut out a BBQ and a title with a pazzle. I added a flower with a rhinestone in the center and used paper that reminded me of summer! Yellow! I stamped an image from Stamping Bella and added ribbon along the side with some extra rhinestones.

Teen boy and girl swap

This is the double page I made for a teen boy swap. I chose a fishing theme for this, using a CTMH father's day stamp set. I cut out the fish and stuck it to the end of the fishing rod. I also cut out circles with a circle cutter and embellished the photo mattes with rhinestones.

For the teen girl swap, I stamped some purses and embossed with pink powder. I Added pink rick rack ribbon and a solid pink ribbon above. I also added pink flowers with rhinestones in the center of each one. The paper used is Stampin' up cardstock for the base and a CTMH pattern paper pack for the rest.

Caught sitting still

So, I've made a new scrapbook page for my son this time! I used CTMH paper and used 'Cuddles-Kuma Thinks' digi image. I embellished with ribbon and buttons.

I gave this page the title of 'caught sitting still' because It's so hard to get pictures of my son He runs away as soon as he sees the camera. I have to be quick! I was the total opposite as a child and had to be IN every picture, lol.

Out To Play!

I created this double page layout of my daughter playing with one of her favorite things....her doll.

I used a new line of digi stamps created by Ildi Co. The bear I colored pink, is called 'Cuddles-Kuma Fleur' and the blue one is 'Cuddles-Kuma Sits'.

To make this layout I used Stampin' Up pattern paper and solid colours. Then I coloured in the images with matching Stampin' Up markers. I also used the Stampin' Up scallop edge punch and the Creative Memories cutters to cut out the circles. I embellished with brads, ribbon and flowers.

Yay! I took the plunge.
